Lincoln Davis joins Stygian as Lead Composer

We’re excited to announce that Stygian now has a lead composer: Lincoln Davis.

Lincoln and I will be working closely together to shape the soundtrack of the film - a mix of subtle dread, psychological pressure, and ancient stillness. While I'll remain involved in the sound design and certain cues, Lincoln will be carrying the creative flag and leading the score.

Lincoln Davis is an American media composer based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Combining the worlds of song and score, Lincoln's producer-turned-composer background allows for a unique sound through a mix of modern production techniques and traditional orchestral methods. He is also the face behind EVOE, an artist project making waves in the cinematic ambient space.

From interactive game scores to Hollywood trailer productions, Lincoln's music has been heard around the world and across various forms of media. In 2022 Lincoln's score for 'Extra-Terrestrial Tuesday' won Best Score at the 54 Film Fest. The following year Lincoln composed the score for Deadly Rain, a first person horror shooter developed by FireRing Studios. In 2024 his song Into The Unknown was featured in The Final Test of Strength on Riot's League of Legends homepage. In recent years he has worked with many top music libraries and trailer publishers such as Chroma, Score a Score, Arkival, Hypersonic, and Bleeding Fingers.
